By accessing or using Easy Word ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Easy Word is a vocabulary learning platform that uses spaced repetition (SM-2 algorithm) to help users learn and retain new words. The Service includes document upload and vocabulary extraction, flashcard-based learning sessions, gamification features, challenge modes, and progress tracking.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly). You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing settings in your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
In accordance with EU consumer protection law, you have the right to a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase if you have not substantially used the premium features. To request a refund, contact us at the email address provided below.
You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service, including documents and custom vocabulary lists. By uploading content, you grant Easy Word a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
You are solely responsible for the content you upload and must ensure it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

The Service, including its design, code, algorithms, logos, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Easy Word and is protected by copyright and other applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our express written permission.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to the Service or other users. You may delete your account at any time through the settings page. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of any learning content or the effectiveness of the spaced repetition algorithm for any particular user.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Easy Word shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland and the European Union. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Poland. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under EU law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
